Attention GM’s:

Please pay close attention to work that has impact on access, visibility and safety for our customers and associates. Projects such as roof replacement, parking lot work, and site construction should be immediately reported to Facilities Management, so that the proper steps can be taken to avoid a negative impact to the operation of the store.

Fall HVAC PM Services

Fall HVAC Preventative Maintenance time means a scheduled check-up of all HVAC equipment for proper and efficient operation. Your respective HVAC service provider will be scheduling visits through the end of October to check all major components for issues.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: If nothing is wrong with the HVAC in my building, why are we paying someone to inspect?

A: Inspections occur as a measure to prevent a reactionary response. For example, if it’s 10 degrees outside and an HVAC unit stops cooling, increased costs and business impact could occur. A technician may be able to identify an issue that can be proactively corrected to avoid such an issue from occurring.

Q: Is my P&L going to be charged for this visit?

A: Facilities budgets, in advance, quarterly HVAC inspections (USR Major/Minor 850-100) so the P&L is prepared for this cost.

Please contact Facilities Support with questions or concerns by sending an e-ticket, or by calling 866-888-4321.
